One of the primary objectives of this committee is to ensure that the premises and assets of the Seva Samaj are managed and maintained to acceptable levels. The assets of the Samaj include the temple, school and auditorium in Laudium, the Marabastad Samaj Centre and the recently awarded stands near DF Malan Drive.

This committee is also responsible for providing a funeral service whereby members of the community who have lost a family member are assisted. This comprehensive service includes helping the family with funeral arrangements, referrals to medical referees, preparation of the crematorium, arrangements for conducting the last rites and helping with arranging bhajans.
